Brewing excellence from north of the border.

Kelso brewer, Tempest, brew 'wow' factor beers, no argument!

The General's Beer of the Week:
As usual it was tough choosing a favourite beer from last week. The Windermere Pale was delicious at the Wetherspoons Leyland Lion(£2.49). However, the Tempest Brewery White Light (4.7%)had the 'wow' factor for me. On tap at the New Brew-m, Burnley(£2.25). A robust, full flavoured delight. Strong citrus aroma. A refreshing, light malted, fruit salad melody. Grapefruit, peach and lemons detected. Zestful excellence from north of the border.
